Due to the increase in our minimum purchase price requirement, we need investors with the following criteria:

• Minimum Investment Of $250,000.00.
• Some Projects Will Require You To Sign On The Note.
• Your Equity Can Be Structured As Mezzanine Debt Or As A Joint Partner.
• Investment Time Frame Of Two Years Or Longer.
