The Neal Organization's brokerage license is activated in the state of California. Brokerage operations will open in Yorba Linda, California, and the recruitment for new real estate agents will begin on the eighteenth of October.

The Neal Organization's brokerage license is activated in the state of Georgia. Brokerage operations will open in Acworth, Georgia, and the recruitment for new real estate agents will begin on the fifth of August.

The Ohio Association of Realtors released the names of the winners for the 2005 President's Sales Club Awards. Roger R. Neal, ABR®, CCIM® Candidate, will receive the highest award, which is the Pinnacle of Performance, for having $7 million dollars or more in sales for the preceding twelve months.
